When on a weekday afternoon where there were nobody around..
Approach one of their staff at the desk to check what series of tiles are they using for their showrooms toilet..
One of the males staff and shakes his head and ignored us... And the rest were busy chatty away...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to check out a wide range of tiles. They have four floors, including huge marble slabs on the highest floor, where a staff has to escort you.
Prices are reasonable and, so far, parking is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and few of the staffs are rude and unfriendly besides Regina. Made me run up and down a few times. Send wrong tiles and shortfall too. No proper advice or help. Real disappointed with this company. Some amount, they Bochap. But they dont that big job are on the way. This is a huge mistake they made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very satisfied as they have varieties of wall tiles and floor tiles. 4 storey, each with it's individual types of tiles.
Only that the management should have at least 1 staff to assist on each floor. It was very hectic for the 2 staffs to manage the whole time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so only, if the staff there talking can lower the voice will be better. Even staff talk with others or talking on phone about customer problem, no point act like angry birds. If like that I also scared of asking for some thing. Getting scold anytime or the tiles got any problems, I get scold any time lol.
