★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and prompt customer service. Served by Alex, even though my dress code was terrible as it was Sunday which should be rest & relax day so I can't to be bother. But he didn't look down on me which I ever encountered from others. And, I changed my order model next day but still everything goes well on delivery day. The plumber (Ah Weng) he introduce is very knowledgeable and good attitude. Really no regret to buy from them. I definitely will be back and buy from them again!

He assisted us in the selection of the toilet bowl, American Standard, and we really liked it for its efficiency and the many good features. His plumber, Ah Weng is knowledgeable and pleasant and completed the job to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending them for potential buyers. I have rated them with five stars and this they well deserved for their good service.

Called to check and was quick to confirm stock as they carry this certain brand, provide payment method using paynow and allowed pickup at warehouse as I was on leave on the same day. All complete and have a new seat replaced within a few hours. ????
