His patience and awesome service convinced us in purchasing the phantom 2 eventually. Now loving every second of it !

Huge compliments to Azrul for being very helpful and patient in sharing the product details and also doing an enriching demonstration on the speakers. We are very very pleased with our purchase of a pair 98db in white. Thanks again Azrul for the recommendation??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 Devialets here a few months ago.
First, let's acknowledge they look and sound awesome.
That being said - keep in mind these were designed in 2000's when wifi and connected/smart speakers were not really a thing. Devialet has been trying to catch-up since then but it's really not great on that front. You'll mostly buy a dumb speaker with amazing sound.
Result for me: I have two devialets that cannot play music together. After 3-month of back-and-forth with the technical support we still haven't found the solution.
Meanwhile, my $100 alexa speakers for sure don't sound so good, but at least they work, while my Devialets are just very nice paper weights.
So yeah - if you plan on buying one devialet and plug it to your old-school CD player it will be great.
Any more complicated setup you rather think again:
- multi-speaker setup is buggy and may never work with your home router
- spotify streaming is buggy
All that being said, the shop staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to fix your problems. But there is only so much they can do when product has software issues and doesn’t support certain types of routers, doesn’t support Spotify connect very well etc..
