Men and womens are separated by stairs hence not wheelchair accessible. Has most of the variety available in other outlets.

Their staff Sarah approached me if I want to take a sniff and try their fragrance (without me looking for an available staff to ask) it felt good esp on a busy day like this. I appreciate it, and she was very friendly, and pleasant. Same as the guy who always assist me last time, Azlan (not sure if its correct) he's good as his job, they are both very helpful and nice. I will definitely come back at Ion store again! Keep it up!:)

CC to manager : if u wonder what time u can go check cctv at 16.00pm. I’m asking for 3 paper bag as I’m buying for gift but she not giving me so I’m asking again then she show me unhappy face and just give 2 paper bags.sigh!! SUCK customer service in Zara Ion!Please brief your staff regularly how to handle customer politely especially when handling cashier.we’re not there for free item or not ask them to pay for what we buying! . . Kudos to staff name Ashreen she very helpful while I’m browsing at the perfume section she approach me ask if I want to smell the perfume that I hold.overall very bad shopping experience today ??
j	jean lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zara has some pretty decent shoes but I find it terribly strange that a huge store (all 3 levels) does not have a single seat available for trying on footwear?? When I approached the staff to ask if there was a seat I could use to try on some shoes, she mentioned to join the queue for the fitting room. This does not make sense to me - I do not need a fitting room. I just need a seat. Overall the store looked messy and unkept.. shoes kept on the bottom shelves were messy and dusty. And when I finally did purchase the shoe, I was told it does not come with a box.. extremely confused at the retail strategy of the store. For its price range, I was really expecting a better treatment/experience overall.

I asked her if she could check for me if there's new piece for the item i was going to pay for. First sentence she said ' What is it' . I was shocked that how terrible service in the outlet is provided in the outlet. And she said 'Wait'. And continued to do her thing. Until my turn for payment and she didn't even get nack the answer to me. She should be sent for training for customer service.
M	Mable Thwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with very rude staff. My gf wanted to try some clothes and she asked me to wait just outside of the fitting room. There is a store room, the staff came out from the room and hit me with the door. Rather than aplologising first, she chase me out and told me to wait outside. I was very angry and asked for the manager. The other nice staff came and talked to me and apologise on the behalf of the rude staff. Only then, the rude staff came and talked to me, she tried to claim that she said sorry a few times to me. I did not bring to manager and let go because I do not want everyone to have a hard day. My left arm is still hurt even after six hours. I will nvr nvr nvr visit to this outlet again. This happened around 7pm - 8:30pm on Sunday, 1 May 2022.

Super dusty fitting room too. With the location in the heart of the city, it can be better?
