Prefer to visit branch at vivo, ion branch changing room is terrible, the curtain at the room cannot close properly at all forever. When you are changing, ppl outside can just see....the changing room is for male and female, never separate.

Food was not bad! Though serving size for the warm deli was only 2 pieces of meat, which is quite small. I liked the Yuzu pork with their 16 grain rice. Donโ€™t recommend the hibiscus tea. The syrup they used tasted strange to me.

The clothes were beautiful and of great quality. But the staff was absolutely disgusting. Went to the store at ION Orchard today and the store was packed but one of the workers there was pushing a cart through the already constricting store. I cannot fathom what kind of poor decision making resulted in this. Because of this I tripped and sustained a bruised knee. I am not blaming the staff, but maybe the management should better train the staff to put their brains to better use, so that situations like this can be avoided.

The store offer denim and casual wear for teenage and young adult. Have a good variety of jeans and Tee. Can sometime find some gem if carefully selection. This time for the Chinese New Year they offered a range of tee for a skateboarding pig with several color. The cutting and quality of this designer tee is great. Good place to pick up Jean and Ts and Price very affordable.

The selection is getting more and more trashy for some reason. I guess they are shifting their focus on a younger gen and age group? Most of their clothing are either too small (like for babies no kidding) or too big (their jeans are the length of my chest to my feet and I'm 159cm) so... Nothing there is really for me anymore

Visited the ION outlet on 16th Jan. There was no new stock for the shirt I wanted to get, and the display piece was defective, so I requested for one of the staff to check if they had my size in any of the other outlets. While on the phone with her colleague from another outlet, this lady behind the counter blatantly said over the phone in Melayu that I was being 'kecoh', or fussy. Could the shirt be worn? Yeah sure. Was I being fussy? Perhaps. Do I have the right to be? Probably, since nobody would want to pay for a defective item. Regardless of whether a person understands your language, it is unprofessional and unacceptable to be criticising them right in their face, and even more so in the customer service line. When told of this incident, the outlet manager could only apologise and say that he will talk to his staff, without clarifying with me which staff I was referring to. Perhaps it's not the first time it has happened with the same lady, or it's a simple gesture just to brush me off. I'm hoping someone from Pull & Bear can update me on what action has been taken, but I'm not putting high expectations on it.
