β β β β β Just went to Ion Orchard store. The lady that assisted me for shoes exchange was very helpful and friendly. Talked to her on the phone earlier and she was patient to answer to my queries and got the new shoes ready for me before I make a trip down.

β β β β β Corcβs Online order is the worst ever! They asked you to sign up for their newsletter to get 20% off but the discount code expires within the same day that you get their email. When I escalated to Crocs, they gave me another promotion code which does not work either. Very unpleasant online experience.

β β β β β When I let the girl confirm the tax free procedure today, the only boy store stuffΒ fixedΒ meΒ with a hostile glareΒ andΒ rolled hisΒ eyes at me nonstop. He was very arrant and impolite. I don't advise the tourist shopping there. Very bad shopping experience.

β β β β β *Visited 26th June, ION branch* My husband and I were looking for slippers so we thought why not try crocs, as we've never owned a pair. The male sales assistant was very uninterested in helping despite just standing in a corner (even after verbally asking for help to find sizes).
Horrible first impression. So, no thanks.
(The saleslady by the jibbits section was helpful however)

β β β β β My wife went over to do an exchange for a faulty pair,after they confirmed that she can do so eventhough it took awhile to get back n confirm. Kept harping about no refund when that was not the intention. Poor service recovery and staff attitude for making uncalled assumptions towards customer. 1st time here was wonderful but now its a turn off with staff like Lala at the helm.Bye2 Ion Crocs,seriously not gonna set foot in here ever.
