โ โ โ โ โ Like the affordable dresses and clothes there. Prices are usually 2 for $29.90, 2 for $49.90 for tops. Dresses usually $39.90 each. Good selection for office wear for this price if you are not choosy.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely will go back to IORA to buy if I need more. Their customers service is great. I bought a pair of pant before CNY and now the zip keeps on unzipping. The staff Manye told me to bring back the pant and she will get their staff to change a new zip for me at no charge. Thanks so much Manye.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my retail therapy fix store whenever I go to Suntec City mall. The store is bright and spacious.
Best of all, I get my size met with the variety they have.
The ladies were always ready to help and recommend pieces though not very much to my taste. I have a certain rule as to what I like to wear.
Kudos to the ladies at Iora to recognise your existence when you walk in as they make the effort to greet you.
Retail work is not easy.

โ โ โ โ โ Good quality of product for the price . But very. Disappointing refund policy. Firstly charged for an item that is out of stock , then the refund is given as voucher on your online shop profile account, for which you have to shop again to get and then the free delivery does not apply , as the minimum quantity is not met. This is a total Hassle. Better to shop on platform that send refund back to the card that was used .

โ โ โ โ โ Good range of clothing which is quite wallet friendly. Quality is pretty good too.
Bonus points for being so centrally located.
They have a good range of sizes and the store layout is bright and very easy to find the clothes which I want.
Fitting room is quite big. Do wish that that fitting room has a chair though.
Downside is the staff service. They seem to be very busy, hanging clothes, organizing the clothes, attending to the cashier. Only thing they missed is giving service. I asked for a brand new piece and the staff gave a glum look and told me to go to the cashier. I do think that smiles are free and it will not hurt to just curl up the sides of the mouth to smile to the customers.
I do hope that they will up the service. Customers love good service and I am sure that sales figures will drive up if there is a bit more friendly and enthusiastic service from the staff.
