★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day 1 release of limited Korean strawberry Latte. Went at 9+pm with little people. Bit slow as staff was training new staff. Overall taste is good. Service provided is decent. It has a strawberry themed setting for the mini Cafe space! Will visit again. Good for photo taking ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working today had a lot of attitude. We were standing at the counter waiting and she ignored us whilst taking her time to wash her things. Understandable. She came over and walked past us without even saying anything and went straight to the phone. After attending to the phone, she came to us and gave us the coldest stare ever, with zero professionalism nor desire to be working. The way she talked to us was also super rude and she gave really brief and angry one word replies. The staff should be put through training before being deployed to serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy bubble tea sitting down with a fantastic skylight and fountain view. One of my favourite bbt hangouts.
Charging points are generously scatterly across the various seats. Choose your own favourite seats with various kind of tables and chairs.
Staff are friendly. Open comcept kitchen. Place is very clean and hygenic. Tea taste and selecrion is great. Cant ask for any better!

2) they don't provide tissue given bubble tea is so easy to get messy espn when you try to open it , and the margin coat is minimal!
Understanding this is a popular chain, so please make sure everyone is well trained before coming to work and the shop provide basic customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can I’ll give zero star. The worst outlet. It took almost 45 minutes queue for only 5 people in front of me.
I dont know why they taking so long to make a bubble tea. They seem very busy behind the counter . Also looks dirty behind there not organize whatsoever
And they only accept paylah or cash .
So troublesome!!!
Another thing I dont like about LIHO is the sugar . They use somekind funny taste in the sugar. Make the tea tasted very weird.
Too Sweet and taste weird .
Wont comeback and will never comeback again.
