★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the shop looking for a replacement for one of the screws on my bag, which is a really difficult task to do and I have not had success in many places, including the original brand boutique. The shop owner didn’t give up after not being able to find one in his box of loose screws, and dug through the items in his shop that might contain a screw that fits. And he did find it. That’s above and beyond service and speaks for the level of experience they have for all kinds of repairs. Thank you for saving my bag :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought some of my heels with odd heel shapes / curvature here to replace the heels that have worn off. Uncle was very good at fixing it perfectly (looks like he was able to fully customize the heel replacement to match the heel base perfectly) very reasonable and quick service.
My mum has also brought some heels to be shaven down so they're lower and he can do that as well. Will recommend bringing your branded heels here to breathe new life into them! They can do much more than what the original shops can fix at a very reasonable price!

I first came here because they could replace the red sole of my Louboutins with a matching red grip sole and now it's the only place I trust to replace the soles of my heels (I have taken over ten pairs and they always turn out fantastic).
