All the while, our family has been getting maids from Nation Maids. With a friend recommendation, we got to know Gni. She is very professional in her work, especially she listen carefully and lined up all your needs then search the maids in line with your requested then on forward to us for selection. Once we got the maid, she will highlight us to give our maid sometime to adapt to the life style with us and in Singapore. During this period, she will called us to check how is the maid doing and willing to help if any dispute arise. I still can remember, when she called me few weeks ago to check on the maids and I did mentioned that if we can get a chinese speaking maid will be better beacuse in the daytime left my old mother and the maid at home which they cannot communicate. Immediate after Gni heard this, she start searching for a chinese speaking maid for us. She called me the next day and told me that she found one and I told her that I need to check with my mother about it. Had a terrible experience with the agent GNI at the yishun branch. In order to market the transfer helper who has super bad attitude, always shown black face and rude, she told the helper to tell lies such as the reasons for wanting to transfer. Such a bad integrity agent she is. In addition, she loves to roti prata her words and push the blame to the customers whereas she's the one who overlook the issue or she will said its her admin fault, unapologetic person! She loves to RAISE HER VOICE at the customer too. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND this agency to my friends or relatives who's looking for helper.
