I'll put 10 star if I can. I am so lucky to find Gigi. She is excellent, cheerful, polite, very helpful and prompt to text back for all concerns I have. She have been helping me for 4 years now and currently in the process of renewing for our 3rd contract. I am super happy with Best Human Resource as I found the best helper I need and I know they are always there to help me with my concerns. Got 2 Indonesia maid from this agency. First one met bfs few times a week. Went hotel. Talk to agent they say that is their private life. Second one threatened to commit suicide. Accused me of ill treat her. Send to hospital and discharge on that very day. MOM investigated took more the 3 months the she was ask to leave Singapore by MOM.. don't be cheated by this agency Overall the fees is not cheap all all

Six months ago I walked into the agency inquiring about new helper good with taking care of children and able to do household chores, including cooking. Sha attended to me personally. She was able to understand my needs after chatting for 20mins about my preferences and subsequently we shortlisted 3 via remote interviews. The entire process of getting my helper took 4 months due to the entry conditions and restrictions situation mandated by ICA/MOM. There were delays and also periods where we needed to wait for official approvals, etc. but Sha was patient to communicate with me - yes, I was also in a hurry to get my helper to start in shortest possible time. Under such circumstances, my advice is that both parties need to keep communicating to prevent misunderstanding leading to frustration. My helper is now into her 3rd month adjusting well and able to perform many of the tasks that I assigned her, my kids love her and I look forward to her becoming even better in daily work in the next 3 months.

Mrs. Sha is really kind and helped us finding a suitable helper, to cater to our needs. She has always been approachable and very patient. Cheryl has lived with us since 2 years. She picked up most of the tasks very quickly and takes good care of our children. She is trustworthy which is a very important quality that I cherish.
