โ โ โ โ โ They arrange their sections neatly so that we can enjoy true Japanese products; from organic cotton clothings, small furniture, snacks and accessories. I bought some sna cks and the price is affordable. Although the cakes tend to be a little sweet for me (since Singapore tongues are being train to eat less sugary food). But sometimes the ingredients do specify from which prefecture its from. Even though the space is smaller than the vivo city outlet, I think it is worth the visit.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst customer service experiences I encountered, staff calculated my items wrongly, I overpaid by SGD20โฆ when confronted them, no apology nothingโฆ I have to wait for 20 mins for the manager to clear the errorโฆ after clearing, even manager also didnโt say Iโm sorry, just say thank you. Itโs not about money, itโs about the principal of own up ur mistake

โ โ โ โ โ one of my favourite stores to visit, if not to buy what i need, its also to find ideas and inspiration, or just simply browse around. this outlet isn't very big (in comparison) but it still has a pretty good variety and range of their items in store. maybe not stocked well, but there always seems to be enough of what you want.
staff here have all been very friendly and helpful.
