β β β β β Goods were reasonably priced, however, the cashier that was on register on 5th July at 4pm was rude. Requested for an item's price, cashier took one look at it and threw it on the counter behind her, saying there was no barcode and just turned to ask the next customer for their purchase without saying another word to me.

β β β β β Beware Do Not Shop here, they demand customers to pay for a plastic bag... Let alone we do them a favour shopping in this store. Just another money making exercise it appears. They do not appreciate their loyal clients. Better shop elsewhere.
If it was truly going green they would find an alternate type of bag!
Further if is was a genuine effort to go green they would simply offer customers who want goods with no bag a 10cent discount.

β β β β β I came across a review of an upset customer who asked others to boycott the shop as one has to pay for a plastic bag. I find this mentality laughable. I applaud the idea of charging for a plastic bag. This initiative creates a much needed awareness among shoppers, especially here in Singapore.
