Poor after sales service. They are not keen on helping when things are broken.

Installed a pulley system. The strings do not last. I was told it was cos it was used outdoor. It costs $120 to change the string and labour cost. The new strings also do not last. Do not recommend to use the system. Poor quality strings.

The after sales service is poor. The technician was not properly trained in measuring the distance between the door and pipes. They did mention that the pipes will be affected. After fixing, we did not realise it was affecting the service yard door. After 5 days we contact the store again, but the technician insist that they have fixed it properly. We are unable to reposition the set. If we need them to reposition, a fee is required. Please measure yourself if you really want to get a set from them. FYI the fee is 80 dollars to reposition.

The after-sales service is extremely poor. Due to renovation, I have to pay a total of $240, 2 x trips (each $120) for same technician to remove the system before renovation and re-install of the system after renovation. Upon re-installation work, the technician discovered the system has some issue and told me to call the office to report my issue which I did but I never hear back from the lady whom I spoke to. I have no choice but to call the boss - Benny and was informed I need to pay a few of $50 for his site survey as he is not unable to rectify the issue over the phone. All the after-sales charges are ridiculous and I had decided to change to a new set with warranty and after-sales support with another reputable brand/supplier. Please really take twice if you would like to purchase any products from them.

Here , I would like to give a 5 star review of my laundry system . No regret buying the laundry system from Tame as they have responsibility and good services provided to us. No regret buying it. Thanks Rina and Jeffrey.
