I was just here to collect something. Beautiful showroom. Luxurious lounge. Security & reception personnel were polite, friendly & helpful.

I am terribly upset with the way they maintain my car. I need to send in almost every month. Even when it is under warranty. Bad service; stay away

after having sent my car to porsche garage 5 times over a period of about 3 months, consecutively, for different issues each time... I am STILL WAITING (having already waited about ANOTHER 2 months)... for available slot to send in my car for the 6TH TIME (reported 2nd day after receiving my car back from porsche), for very loud rattling noise when making turn, braking, starting from traffic light, going over hump.... etc. (please let me know if you need recorded audio, which was already sent to william) further to that, I am still waiting for replacement part (reported approx 4-5 months ago) for the back seat latch (stuck and cannot be locked back) Although my car is still under warranty, please help to do an overall thorough check before returning my car!! Really too much hassles already I AM STILL WAITING for your garage available slot to send in my car !!! (28th Feb 2022)..... after (still) waiting for almost 2 months for them to arrange repair... the powered steering wheel stopped working today and had to be tolled in, as it was impossible to turn my car :(

It will not win prizes in terms in size, but this showroom doesn’t feel cramp at all. Despite not having a large range of models on display, the more commonly seen locally vehicles are available. Didn’t notice any of the top of range variants though, so don’t expect to see one on the showroom floor. What impressed me the most will probably be how lovely the attitude was displayed by Andrew. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout our entire interaction. Test drives was arranged in a swift and pleasant manner, and he armed me with all the information I would need. A significant improvement over my last visit with some other people, and was blatantly ignored. Really hope Porsche Singapore can keep up the good work.

My service advisor at Leng Kee Lester was excellent. Although he faced man power issue but managed to go the extra mile to commit to his promise and even personally send my vehicle back to me at kallang. Thank you Lester

I have been interacting with my service advisor for a few years now and am very delighted with his professionalism and sense of accountability. For the sales front, both Carena and Jeremy has provided me with customer-oriented attention too. As for their pre-owned department, I personally feel it would also get a favourable rating from me if not for a couple of staff with less than desirable attitudes.
