β β β β β The town council of Jalan Besar, who is trusted to be looking after the constituency needs has failed in my opinion, in their duties to be effectively taking calls and addressing issues regarding rodents in my areas. I made a call on Friday morning to Ms Chia and after numerous calls to the town council, the officer returned my call on Friday afternoon, and I was promised that due to the investigating team being busy some one will call me on Sat and turn up to check on the issues my neighbors and me were experiencing. But no one called on Sat to even say when they will come or why they couldn't come - how irresponsible that is!!!!. The council is all about collecting payments I suppose and no service. During the call i was told that charges will be incurred for the team to come to my area to check on the rodents hanging around our neighborhood. Great its all about money then. In these challenging times i can understand that the council is busy or have other constraints but plse act responsibly on your part!!!!!!

β β β β β I saw a lot of pigeons feeding on food at the void deck sitting area at Blk 72. An irresponsible resident has been feeding these pests and I have been complaining to the Town Council for a while, but to no avail. Most of the problems continue to persist despite my persistent feedback. It appears that the managers and officers are not too sure how to handle the numerous issues which have been plaguing our estates!
What is the town-managing agent's GM, Zhang Jiaquan, doing? I've hardly seen him on the ground. Is he hiding in the office the entire day? Please get him fired if he has no intention to do a proper job!

β β β β β -Hostile unreasonable pressure from residents and grassroot.
-Unrealistic expectations from superior
-No sense of direction and lack of support from the very TOP.
-Having more work than one can reasonably manage. There are days work end at 10pm.
-Any time of the day, just one notification or phone calls, means that we never get any real breaks. Even if we take a day off, the call and email suck you right back to work mode. Expected to provide great customers service and lighting fast response time at the expense of mental health.

β β β β β I am so impressed by JBTC. The electricity to my unit in Chinatown went off due to damaged meter box outside my unit. JBTC sent the electrician to my unit to put up a new one within an hour of my complaint. Well done JBTC!

β β β β β Recent years the living environment at my area drop like stone as the town council is closing one eye toward those to do open burning and the park connector in front of my HDB has constantly become a place where people do open burning. Not only this, the town council actually encourage those religion people for doing whatever they want by allowing an altar setup inside the hawker and etc.
Coming back to update my complaint. After many years, situation only get worst and never get any better. I need to take matter into my own hand if i ever hope for any improvement at this area. From now on, i refuse to pay the town council the monthly S&CC, they can ask those ppl who do the burning to pay. Why should I pay a group of ppl that polluted my lung

β β β β β It has been a year since I reported the water seepage issue from exterior wall to JB town council but the issue still cannot be resolved. Many site visits by the officers and contractors since then yet no solution is provided, and we have to constantly take initiative to follow up on the status else there wonβt be any updates. (My friend who run into the same problem having the seepage fix within 1-2 months from the other TC). Personally I feel that JBTC do not take the issue seriously. A joint inspection has been arranged with hdb but the TC officer didnβt turn up as he was engaged in another meeting ? Seriously I am losing faith with their services.

1. "No" notice or condor off the area one day before work starts that allow bikers to shift their bikes.
2. "No" TC officer around to ensure residence property is properly taken care of before work is allowed to start.
3. The expensive car was covered by the contractors except for the motorbike. Note: Motorcycles also pay for their parking, why big small eye.
Maybe our MP should ride a motorbike then he will be shocked to see this photo and the service done.
