★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to come to my parents' home to check the power supply, it took them 2 hours to respond to my call after I raised my voice? If I don't raise my voice I don't think they will come to my parents home within the next 15 minute!
They should look into their operation procedures! It never changed after so many years! Waiting time still so long this is the 2020 year already please be more efficient!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserved zero star! Called them regarding water stoppage at our block during office hours (after calling PUB and PUB confirmed is water pump issue and need to call town council). Nobody picked up the call and after a while, they hung up on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Called to enquire on application for recurring payment and the lady on the phone kept going on and on about previous month s&c charges. Even ask me to repeat the amount. Also called for their electrician to fix box outside my unit, promised to come by half hour but electrician came 1 hour later. Fuse box outside unit is faulty causing my house to have short circuit twice. Shocking for a new unit/bto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst town council I have ever used. Checked the rating and found that they are truly lousy as it's 2.2 before my rating already. Called them to complain a noise and they advised that an officer will call me and after 2 months, no one called. Same as Tampines Neighbourhood post, the agencies are truly bad. Not able to help the citizen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We aren't allow to place certain none bulky item at our corridor but we can see throughout my flat, others placing more bulky items in the common areas for months and town council does nothing about it. Shanni just tells you oh we are doing something about it but it takes time. How long? 1 year or 2 years. Why is there double standards?? Or why is there special arrangement for others? If you going to penalise people at least be consistent and fair. Goes to show you their policy is for show only and no enforcement. Take money from us very consistent but ask them to be consistent with their policy like asking them to swallow poison
