β β β β β Poor support, call them for services but was told Sat they operate till 12.30pm and do not answer phone enquiry, need to call back on Monday. So what is the purpose might as well close on Sat.

No idea why need to pay 80$ every month for those people, if they do nothing, but collect their salaries! None of my issues where attended, let alone resolved, in past 10 years...

β β β β β I share the same sentiments with some of the residents here. Pay them every month but nothing will be done or done half-past-six. Once in a blue moon, they get it done satisfactorily.
Alternatively if you are hot on their heels or complain to the MP, they might resolve your issues faster... but why should we be seeing the MP instead of they themselves be on the ball.

β β β β β Not sure what I'm paying for when the estate and facility managers are never around doing their job. Will only see them asking their cleaners to work when there are complaints. Same issues year after year with nothing improved. MP seems oblivious to the problem.

β β β β β Nobody answered the essential line posted besides the lift E blk 17 on 22.2.22
I called MP Town Council Faridah at 9am. She took the info. By afternoon 2pm the lift was "under maintenance". This is what I called EFFICIENT. Thank you.
