J	Jen A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manicurist didn’t apply gelish nail prep to remove any surface oil off the nails.. nails usually don’t last when this step is omitted, and when I ask they insisted they use another product which is similar.. less than a week my gelish chipped.. been to other outlets before and they have done the proper steps and nails will usually last up to 2 weeks.. At the end of the session, usually there’s this “sharing” session to get you to top up the package.. and even you say “No” they still keep asking you to consider and hold you back..

They cannot offset classic with gel service and wanted me to pay the classic mani as extra service. I told them to offset with gel mani and I’m okay if gel is more expensive, but they wouldn’t allow. Really bad hard selling.
p	purple unicorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i hate rejection and i hate to do it multiple times. felt really really uncomfortable rejecting them through the hardselling session. i dont mind spending a lot. but i sat theough a 15mins of hardselling os signing up for a package of $1500.

Firstly, every appt that I've made, I had to still wait. Secondly, THE SERVICE HERE IS ATROCIOUS. Worst, they dont even do a good job! I don't understand how can they still survive? I'm guessing it's the hardselling? Now I'm stuck with an uneven coloured and a bumpy textured manicure. When I asked help as I smudged a nail whilst drying under the fan (careless me), the lady just brushed off my request and came up with excuses. When it was time to go, I was simply hurried away. Not asking much, but really some basic courtesy would have been nice? Aboveall, I'm boycotting this outlet.

When she turn up for her appt the following day and on time, she see that all the staff there was engage with customer. 1 of the staff there than ask her to wait at one of the available seat. To her surprise, they actually made her wait for more than an hour than finally someone attended to her! Non of the staff there bother to apology or come up explain the situation. My point is, why with appt still keep customer wait for 1 hour! If they cant cope, they shld just reject the reservation! End up we are late for our dinner reservation. What is the point of making an appointment than! Very bad customer service. Beware if u all want to sign up package with them, you might be the next victim.
