★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told that the soothing therapy treatment first timer trial is $201 and usual price is $388. The person who attend to me did not show me any package or go through in detail of my treatment. However, I saw the marketing brochure from westmall and I saw the soothing therapy first trial is $28 (u.p $201). What a coincidence. But they insist that the soothing therapy shown on the booklet is different from my package.
Obviously, I’m sure that they are very dishonest about the pricing and package. This is my first time and my last time with them. I’m very disappointed at their credibility and service after sale. They insisted asking me down to the shop to see their “official pricing” instead of showing to me over their business whatsApp account.
