β β β β β I used to have my haircut and hair dye done at other salon. Unfortunately the hairstylist has stopped working. I came to this Jurong Point outlet after my sis introduce Claire to me. I was skeptical at first but Claire is really patient to listen and to understand what and how I want my hair to looks like and also give goo advise on the hair colour. I have sign a package with them (they wonβt force you to sign) and has no regret coming back many times to look for Claire again for my haircut and hair dye.

β β β β β Got my hair done here a few days ago (colour and treatment). Claire and others were professional and advised me on what was best for my hair. I am happy with the end product. The atmosphere in the salon was nice and comfortable.

β β β β β I've been having my hair cut in this place for almost a year, so this is a long overdue review about the great quality of cut and service! Special shoutout to Claire who always gives my hair amazing style from the first time I set foot in the store to my latest haircut! If you are new around the area, I would strongly recommend to give this place a try! And ask for Claire, you won't be disappointed :)

β β β β β Great service from Claire (my hairstylist) and Sherly. They are very warm and welcoming. Did my hair cut and scalp treatment with them since last year. Claire is very professional and skillful, she will explain what is best for you and give suggestions before she proceed with the haircut. And not forgetting, scalp treatment (with massage) is good! If you are looking for a hairstylist in the west area, will definitely recommend Claire from De Arte Hair Studio @ Jurong Point.

β β β β β My first time with De Arte, I had a haircut, colour (rose pink) and treatment. My hairstylist Claire is very professional. She is attentive, keep ensuring that I'm comfortable because I have to bleach my hair, explain on what to expect on the colour . Love her service. The whole atmosphere of the salon is comfortable.

β β β β β Great service and treatment from the staff there especially by Claire and Penny. Claire is a very professional and skillful hair stylist who will take time to explain and advice what best for you. Able to put my 100% trust in her work. Scale treatment and massages done by penny is also very good too. Would definitely recommend this place and both Claire and penny to people who wish to get their hair done.

β β β β β Spend 5 hours in the salon for haircut, rebonding and coloring. The rebonding was over-processed but the stylist said it is just too dry. The hair ends are all split. Spend over $423 but such result really makes me upset. I had posted the picture can you tell me is this the result for soft rebonding?
Update:
After-service was good. They ended up refunding me and providing a free treatment for the damage to my hair. They seemed sincere in their apologies. Updated from 1 to 3 stars for fair service afterwards, but would much rather have not had to go through this hassle in the first place.
