β β β β β Went for keratin treatment and it turned out to be very bad for scalp. The hairstylist technique is bad and the treatment cream quality is lousy. During the ironing, the heat temperature was too high. Hairstylist was very pushy, wanted to push for hair coloring done right after keratin treatment. I wonder how much more damage will it have caused if I done both in a same day. Need to warn how unethical this salon is.

β β β β β I was anxious about my teenage daughtersβ first haircuts in Singapore after moving here. Iβm 100% satisfied and recommend it to everyone. Andy and Jason are wizards with their cutting scissors and very friendly and professional. They gave best hair treatment to my girls and changed them completely. We are really happy with the service and will go there again.

β β β β β My stylist was Adrian, first time having my haircut by him. The service is excellent, he provided options for my hair cut and his recommendation turns out better than my initial request. Not only I am happy with my hair cut, I also enjoyed the friendliness, I definately will come back and ask for Adrian. Thank you very much!

Good service and friendly. Have a good time talking while getting my haircut done.
Staff and receptionist was also helpful.
Definitely will come back again for my next hair cut.

β β β β β Service suck! Never go there for your hair treatment or hair cut! Twice went there for hair cut, both time have to wait after hair wash and no one will tell you how long you have to wait! There was once half way thru my hair cut the hair stylist went to attend to another customer! They will make you like a fool and wait at the seat after the hair wash! Never go there for your hair cut!

β β β β β Did hair rebonding before Christmas and they were very sloppy and didn't do an in-depth trim. I had midback length and was done in 2 hours. Now I see that it was too short and other places take 3 to 4h for such rebonding. I left but afterwards noticed that the bottom layer of my hair (basically 6" length and longer) was coiled due to insufficient straightening. I don't believe the stylist (Max) couldn't tell something was wrong as he touched my hair and it felt coarse but he decided not to correct it. Terribly disappointed as I have been with the salon and stylist for 2 years. I will change to other salons from now on and consider the 5" as a lost cause.
