★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my LV bag for cleaning since April 22 and chased several times on the status of return. On 16 Jul 22, I was returned a pair of shoes instead of my LV bag. Am still waiting for a response from HC.
Finally got my bag back but am
really disappointed with the cleaning service. Interior pocket is super dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had sent 3 bags to them for cleaning, touch up & recoloring. Honest Crafters touch-up my Chanel bag on the cracked edges and recolor the whole leather. I’m impressed the workmanship it’s really fine & detail work. Even the stitch part looks very fine. Other 2 bags also been cleaned & polished, looks fresh and rejuvenated. Despite of a reasonable price, the work done was fantastic. Outcome looked like in the original condition. From online sales to delivery, I’m very satisfied. I will highly recommend their service for repair color & cleaning.
