S	Somebody Once Told me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the clinic as I was having covid like symptoms. My intention of going there was to get tested by professionals as the art test we do could be inaccurate. They asked what were my symptoms and was asked to wait outside. Once they called me, the guy asked me to pay $10 for my art and I saw my mc was already done. It was weird because I have yet to see the doctor for any consultation. So I asked the young girl at the desk, “huh no need to see doctor” and she just shaked her head while eating her breakfast. I find this whole procedure a little odd. Even if you go polyclinic and you tell your symptoms, a doctor would still consult you. Best part is they did not even bother to check my temperature and just put full trust on the temperature I gave them when I checked at home. So is weird that the reviews here managed to see the doctor when I was only consulted by the young girl at the desk.

The ladies at the front counters are patient and friendly at the same time. Doctor is very nice in person as well despite the everyday busy hardwork.

C	Choi WX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged $80+ for a normal consultation. When I was shocked with the amount, the assistant said my medicine was expensive. One specialist consultation at hospital costs $120. Their charges seemed to be adjusted after the clinic name was changed and renovation. Not coming back again.
A	Annie lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE. Unethical practice by the clinic. My mum went for health screening, upon collecting the report she was charged $30 MORE for a “consultation”. She was not told upfront, this was not indicated anywhere. She even checked with clinic staff before commencing, if there were any hidden costs on this $198 health screening package, staff said No. The clinic staff is not transparent at all, please visit the clinic at your own risk. Clinic staff also tried to add on another test on top of the health screening package without informing my mum upfront. The additional charge was sneakily included in the bill, luckily she checked and insisted she only wanted to pay $198 (which was what was indicated on the health screening leaflet). Upon calling her out, staff agreed to amend the bill back to $198. We are never visiting this clinic again ?

He would always takes time to explain and listen to my concerns with health issues. He also tries his best to help and get the best care for me and my husband. His staff are professional, friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.
