Bad experience... bad customer service. In que but counter take orders from behind me and instead of apologised to me she said sorry to the guy behind for keeping him waiting. This is not the first time buying from them and the ladies are not friendly at all considered quite rude.

Staff's is rude and not helpful. Buying foods has to at her mercy. The staff's keep messaging with someone without knowing I am present. Showing her behavior ( Can't you see l am working). This such behavior will lead me lost confident to visit again. Regards

The staff was very rude. I think the boss is not aware that the female staff working at the stall (Seletar Mall) on 8 Nov 2020 at around 7.35am was driving away customers. The stall was usually selling food at around 7.15am although some items may not be ready (which the previous staff would politely let the customers know). The staff on duty at the above-mentioned timing was very impatient and rude, claiming that nothing was available though there were already some food on display. It is ok to be busy preparing, but there is no need to be so rude to "chase away" potential customers. I am thankful that I am not her employer.

the female young staff is very rude. I asked her whether selling only 1 peace or not. and she gave me very unhappy with frown face and said No! after that stared at me. she need to learn how to speak to the customer. I think owner does not aware of her attitude problem. after I saw her really rude attitude, I feel like I will never visit again that shop.

Dishonest shop! Rude staff! Price tag put $2.50 but charged $2.70. when asked why charge extra $0.20, staff give a black face and said price tag is wrong, din even apologize. Don't patronize this dishonest and rude shop in future!

Shockingly bad service. At 7.30pm Seletar Mall today . Here is the details of my encounter. The person (old woman) was doing her own thing and ignoring the queue that had formed. I was first in line. After 10mins of waiting she finally turned her back and pretended she didn’t see a queue so I called her and said I would like to order . I told her I wanted chee Cheong fan. Then she said: “huh?!” I then proceeded to shout chee Cheong fan. (Gave her benefit of doubt that she could be hearing impaired) Then she asked large or small. I told her small no chilli. Then she said to repeat because she couldn’t hear. she just angrily said “huh?!” So I repeated again (shouting again thinking okay she might be partially deaf). Anyway. When it came to payment, I saw the till at the cashier to be $2.60,so I passed her exactly $2.60. She then said why I give her only 2.60 when it’s not 2.60. Then I asked her how much? She said “you cannot see for yourself how much is it?!” And I told her no because the prices weren’t explicitly stated on the board. For the small and large I didn’t know the difference in price x then she proceeded to say why then you gave me $2.60? And then I said cos the till said $2.60. Then she said that was meant for the next Custkmer. Then I told her it’s not possible because the next customer hadn’t even placed her order. She then proceeded to shout at me saying “it’s okay I don’t need to buy” lol. Anyway I didn’t buy in the end . I get that Singapore is facing labour shortage everywhere. But still. This type of rude service staff is laughable. Will never patronise again. But I’m sure others will.:) good luck if you ever meet this lady. She will Give you hell. I’m thinking she might actually have a mental disorder or bipolar disorder. But I’m no professional. Just my observation and own opinion .

Very bad service. Paid with $50 note but staff said no change to give. Got mad at me because all the food was already prepared and refused to give me back my $50 note. It's not like I had no money to pay? Why is the staff holding on to both my food AND money, then arguing with me? Looking at the other reviews now I guess this is the normal standard service so I will not be patronizing again.
