★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worse experience at a Starbucks outlet. The picture is self-explanatory. How do you drink green tea latte with so much of green tea sediments in the drink itself?! Yucks…disappointing and frankly quite a disturbing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time wait so long for my food at Starbucks ☹️My wife and I ordered food that is ready make and just need to reheat at the oven yet they take almost 30 mins to serve .This is untill my wife ask then they start to serve. Starbucks stuff were also unfriendly What a disappointed experience at starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff left my drink in the blender then went to count cash at the cashier and forgot about my drink(?)... I only got my drink after another staff realized and prepared it for me. Had to wait so long even though there were no customers at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks has always been about diluted overpriced drinks and mediocre bites, so it’s not surprising their attempts at promotional items also fall flat. I do like the ambiance and coziness of this outlet. Pity it’s marred by students parking here at times. Service levels differ depending on who’s on shift. I give a 3 for food and service, a 4 for outlet ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such lousy service. Ordered just 1 chicken pie and 1 wrap (dine-in), but it took forever until I had to asked the staff whether is my meal ready after 20 minutes long. The staffs seem clueless of how they are working, those who came later had their orders first, and funny thing had one customer helping the staffs, to call out the customer orders! Lolz! What a joke. 3 staffs working, 1 lady who was the cashier, staring at me angrily and impatiently while I repeated my order two times after 20 minutes. One male staff who did the reheating also didn’t know what to do, what to reheat first, because the cashier lady didn’t inform him. Better hire more workers during peak hours!
