★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layout of the store is kind of narrow at the seating area and there isn't really much seats to accommodate customers, but the view is cool and I guess alright if you happen to chance upon empty seats. Good luck!

Talking from cashier, the cashier didn’t ask whether we need receipt or not and yes I do need receipt just to clarify if staff who is making needs to check.
2ndly, Not sure is it because of covid or just purely this store service problem, we ordered take away, but the staff didn’t put in straw in carrier either didn’t remind us to take if you really take safety measurements as excuse, how are we having Frappuccino without straw?
Some more, either not sure is it the staff lack of training, the Frappuccino are watery, it almost becomes water after 3 mins walked home. I can hardly imagine how ppl manage if need to take away farer.
I’m not sure is it because this is a location where lesser guests would pass by and consume, this store’s service definitely needs enhancements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and spacious. Good place to come relax and get away from people. Location is good too. Not too difficult to access. The high ceiling also contribute to the whole vibe. Nice accidental find.

Only one staff here, so I assume service will be super slow here.
The AC is super strong, if you like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at level 1 of Guoco tower on the way to the mrt entrance point. More of a takeaway shop but has a row of tables lined against the glass wall for people who might wish to grab a seat and enjoy the outdoor view.
Quality of drinks is consistent, just that always felt their food can be improved.
Service is not hurried and queues not much so it’s quite a peaceful place. There’s free WiFi available but only one wall socket point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I approached a staff for the possibility of adding a seat to a high table since it looked like there was sufficient distance, he politely and patiently explained the number restriction. Subsequently when we got a seat, he quickly wiped it down too. Really appreciate his attitude and exemplary customer service as well as my favourite drink matcha espresso fusion!
