Horrible. There's a male doctor who treats patient like a factory chain item, don't really listen, no advices, forgot about the referral letter. Whole consultation was less than a minute, no eye contact/ look at you throughout the consultation. Another lady, doctor Amy, told her my left ear was in huge pain, gave me drops and thats it. I ask her if I need to be concern about the infection, she told me no, it will be gone in two days. Extreme pain for the next few days, went to another GP and got referred to the specialist, by the time I was there, the inflection spread to middle ear, there is a big hole on the ear drum and I might need surgery in the following weeks if it doesn't heal. They have no responsibility as doctors at all.

Got cut by glass. The doctor was very caring and patient, even when I fainted when she was cleaning the wound. She was also explaining properly and clearly, since I'm squeamish and couldn't look at the open wound. The receptionist also came in to help and she was super caring too.

Min Wang, please learn to respect the professionals and stop quoting names of doctors. We have to learn to appreciate people helping us. Healthcare workers are fantastic people always seek to help people at their own expense. As patients, we have to be patient and it is very good that the male doctor is efficient. I think he only comes once in a while but his clinical skill is very strong, seen him one time I got well already. The clinic load is always high, and I suppose he wants to make sure every one is attended to promptly. Doctors are doing their best to help you. I have seen Dr Amy before and she is a nice doctor who listens. Shame on you for being the sole person whining. It just reflects to the public how petty you are. Please go back to primary school earn from primary school basic social etiquette. The more you complain the more it shows people you are the one at wrong and ridiculous. Good job the clinic team for providing care for fellow office workers like us nearby. I really hope you can keep it up and don't fret doctors we will always be behind you!

I forgot the name of the female doctor who attended to me, but she was great, knowledgeable and patient. She gave me sufficient information for my medical issue. The doctor also notified me that a certain test i took cannot be covered by my company insurance, which i appreciated. The Malay receptionist however was unknowledgeable, indifferent (this is fine) and lacked decent attitude to be on the front desk. First she told me that the certain test i took will have to be paid by cash (yes the doctor mentioned this one) and also then consultation fee will have to be covered by me as well. In the 2 years that i've been covered under this insurance and visited various clinics, i understand the process and also ask what portions i will have to pay or cover. So i knew the receptionist did know understand the process and couldn't care to check. I even ask "are you sure?" and she said yes. However, 2mins later she simply said (without verifying with anyone or documents) that i only had to pay for the certain test. She was working with an assumption that she failed to check and also did not apologise for her mistake despite my confusion. Maybe she needed me to direct her to check. But awful service there. Then a few days later i got a call from the same receptionist to notify me about my result. She said the doctor was currently busy and asked for my name and number so that the doctor can call me back. I told her my name e.g. Jane Tan and she said "we have a lot of Jan tan, i need your chinese name". I gave her my chinese name and she said "much better" in a snide manner. I said "huh?" and the Malay receptionist repeated herself "much better". She was incredibly rude and even though the doctor was lovely and knowledgeable, i would NOT return and urge your not to (an experience like that really spoils your day. Nobody wants to go to the doctor in the first place and to receive such an unpleasant experience is really the nail int he coffin) because of the poor after service.

Worst service ever. 2nd time visiting despite a bad first visit cause it’s nearby. Asked what’s the ETA and was given 30mins, after an hour I went to the counter just to be asked to wait for doctor to do ART for me. Which was what happened with my first visit, ART means have to wait another 20-30mins. Why don’t just ask me wait straight in the room upon hearing me say that I have flu symptoms? So that I could have got it done and wait so that I don’t have to wait this long? At least my results out already I can just be behind the person who was rightfully in front of me and not behind people who were queuing behind me! When asked the counter why ETA said was 30mins she said it’s AT LEAST 30mins, well 1hour and not even have my ART done YET is a BIG gap of ETA. Thanks for wasting my time. Never again. Needless to say I walked off before my other appointments had to be pushed back due to their lack of competency. Honestly, if they had overestimated the waiting time, it would have been better than asking me to sit outside as though my turn would be REAL soon. What a utter waste of time when I’m already feeling so sick.

Horrific service (or lack thereof) from the receptionists who cannot even set up a simple medical appointment for me despite my many calls and chasers. No follow up at all and I’m pushed away every time I reach out. So much for gainful employment when they cannot even perform the main tasks on their job description.

Dr Chua is caring and takes time to properly understand my concern. She even explained why my condition could have occurred and how I could prevent it from happening again in the future. Very calm and soothing. However I cannot say the same for the 2 ladies at the counter. I was the only one in the clinic but both appeared like they cannot be bothered with me which is fine but the most amusing thing is they gave me my medication and I left without paying. I only realized I didn’t make payment after a good 5 minutes when I was almost reaching my office. I rushed back to the clinic and both didn’t even look up (again, empty clinic). I went to the counter and said I think I forgot to make payment. Then they very calmly check the system and were like, oh yeah, it’s $xxx how will you be paying? So absurd. It’s like they don’t even give a damn about whether patients paid. I wonder how they do their accounting.
