Rude staff. I redeemed shopback voucher here that consisted of 1 Maru pancake AND a cup of grass jelly soy milk. The staff only gave me the Maru pancake and I asked her what about the grass jelly soy milk? And she scolded me saying "you gotta press redeem on the voucher and show me" but I had done it and showed it to her less than a minute ago! Either she is already senile, or she doesn't know the voucher consisted of these two items which shows her lack of product knowledge.

Terrible experience. Will not purchase from there again. At 7 nov 2021,12:40pm. Wanted to use shopee voucher. Auntie say need to enter code to claim. But from my knowledge, need to scan qr code to claim and enter amount. Auntie raised her voice at me when I told her need to scan and she insist need to enter code. Note that a line was formed behind me and everyone was looking at me when the auntie was raising her voice at me and does not even bother to help me to claim the voucher and just standing there and minding her own business. After figuring out how to use as the qr code is placed right at the corner which many might not notice, she proceed to go get my drink. Really bad customer service and knowledge on the latest platforms which jollibean is involved in. I recommend not to visit this outlet and any other outlets as other outlets are also giving the rude treatment to their customers. Guess I am not the only victim as I see the other reviews has similar stories). Do not have a picture of the auntie but I guess other reviewers have it. Beware of her and avoid when possible. Hope jollibean sees this and the other reviews and educate their staff properly.

The auntie running the shop seems quite insistent on chasing customers away. Literally intends to close the shop almost two hours early. Interesting that management is still keeping her around despite her single-handedly bringing down the overall rating.

Have tried redeeming Lazada vouchers here for drinks and pancakes 3 times recently. The pancakes are on the tough and thick side but the peanut filling is nice. Red bean filling is too sweet for me. Occasionally, the soya bean drink tasted powdery. Always make sure to let either of the two aunties know "LAZADA voucher", what product and quantity I am redeeming and try to speak a bit slower, louder and more politely. They're always busy refilling the food, packing orders for delivery, and sometimes only one of them was at the store. I find their attitude rude at first. After a while, I realised that it is just the way they talk (just like some vendors in markets and hawker centres do) and probably they are tired of the workload. There used to be another auntie in this store who was very patient, helpful and nice.

If the staff didn't know about the Shoppe redemption or don't intend to let us use the redemption might as well don't participate at all. This staff is so rude and can tell me off I don't care u have voucher or not just pay me $1.70 that it when I tell her I had purchased the $2 offer. I am left with speechless. She turned her back from me and tell her colleagues that I hate all these people using all these stupid apps. It seems like alot of comments and bad experiences had in this particular store but the management seem like not doing anything. Bare in mind that you are not the only store selling soya bean drinks.

8/8, 6.30pm. Auntie downright rude. Pwning own locals with her attitude. Ask me press redeem and after that did not give me the items citing already redeem. Did not want to make a fuss with her so left without items although paid for it via shopee. Same encounter with previous customer “Steven Halim’s” feedback. Management sleeping.

Ordered 3 drinks and pancakes, received NONE of the drinks when delivery arrived. Disappointing. Pancakes were ok, but our brunch was effectively ruined as we each had a pancake each without any drinks.

charged for a more expensive drink when I ordered a cheaper one. refused to admit mistake then begrudgingly gave back the extra money. proceeded to just serve the wrong drinks and scolded me in dialect to another co-worker cause she thought I wouldn't understand.
