Bought fr Shopback 6 mixed mini pancake at $2. Unfriendly old lady staff told me β€œshopback one cannot change flavor. Already packed one!” sounded angry. What made me regret in buying fr shopback is Shopee at the same time selling at $1.49 only. I should’ve checked b4 buying.

I visited Jollibean NEX on 13 Dec 2020. Only 2 workers were working, 1 was doing the kitchen work ie cooking/baking, 1 was attending to the customers. Overly short staffed so I can see the staff happiness level was very low. I had pre-ordered via Qoo10 the MCK + beancurd set and made my redemption here. The staff was slow and gave me the beancurd that was half-filled. I wonder if this was due to the fact that I purchased the discounted set via Qoo10 so she gave me 50% of beancurd. Overall did not find the taste of Jollibean nice and the service was negative as well. Would not recommend this to anyone as one of the Singapore to-eat local foods. On another note, I have noticed that Jollibean seems extremely short staffed at a few locations: NEX, Our Tampines Hub, Shaw House (Orchard), this is perhaps causing the unhappiness in the staff due to overworked. I strongly encourage the company to hire more staff to tackle this understaff issue to raise the happiness level of their employees.

I guess the food is okay. This is not the first time I have encounter this issue. The counter staff is very unprofessional. I told her that I will be using the shopback coupon to redeem 2x 6 mini pancakes, passing her the ones with total transparent packaging. She could have tell me nicely that for coupon purchases, customer can only take the ones with jollibean packaging but not the transparent packaging. She just gave me the really unhappy face, put back the ones I took and take the ones with jollibean packaging so unwillingly like as if I ask her to come back to work on a off day without OT Pay on a nice rainy weather. LOL

Unfriendly staff. Bought 2 meng chiang kueh from them and both tasted sour. The soymilk tastes great but they were not filled 90%, it was filled about 80%.

Hi, had a bad experience at your Serangoon nex outlet. I ordered a classic soya milk drink and redeemed a bearcurd for my Samsung pay promotion. During the ordering process, I told the elder lady staff clearly my order but perhaps she didn't hear it well. When she was preparing the cup, her hand gesture and tone was very bad when she asked me if my drink order was hot or cold. It felt like I was being scolded for patronising your store. There was also a very demeaning tone used when I was showing my app to redeem the soya beanrcurd, it was a clear body language and tone that suggest I was like a cheapo for redeem an item that I claimed via Samsung points I earned. As the lady behind me was also redeeming her Samsung offer, I cleared heard the staff said in mandarin εˆζ˜―θ±†θŠ±, a clear indication that she has an issue with people using redemption offers that Jollibean has entered into agreement with Samsung. Please educate your staff to be more polite with dealing with customers. In fact, it's basic couresty that I hope to see, there was no customer service at all

Horrible staff service standing there 2 staff saw me continued doing her own staff called her but more interested in looking at cleaner clean spilled water. Told her I want an item still more interested in looking at spilled water had to point to her 3 times…

Extremely rude staff (mid aged woman). Asked her if we could use ShopBack voucher she replied: β€˜η”¨εˆ°ε°±η”¨lor’ with a very rude tone. Asked for less sugar warm soy milk but seems like she totally ignored our request and drink tasted VERY SWEET(I’m sure it’s either the normal sugar level or more, come on I visit Jollibean frequently and I sure can tell the difference)! Ordered other additional items and she just couldn’t acknowledge whether or not she heard our order. The whole buying process gave us black face. Fine if that’s the attitude she wants to give to serve customers. The worst part is that she never closed the warm soya drink properly and resulted in us spilling the drink.

Staff attitude leaves much to be desired, but their pancakes and soya bean milk are really good. It’s always a good breakfast option for my little boy. Tried the new Biscoff Speculoos pancake today and enjoyed it tremendously!
