★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall bad service, too many youngsters in the team. Obvious lack of discipline and sense of urgent when it comes to ordering and servings. Took 30 mins and still have not received my orders.
Took 40 mins in the end for my take away. 2 of the younger team members in uniform(probably Part timers) smashing stuffs and giving the irritated look when other customers making inquiries on the delayed. Lack of leadership in the restaurant and may cost the adults rice bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jolibee Suntec City. I gave 3⭐ because I order spaghetti and 1pcs chicken set, i had half cooked chicken. I asked the staff at the counter if my chicken is half cook? I just got reply " because you order the spicy chicken it like that, we marinated chicken with red liquid so the chicken meat will be like red red colour". I'm so speechless.. it's so ridiculous answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food poisoning after eating their Nasi lemak set. The egg and ikan billies were cold, not sure how many days they kept the eggs for. The rice was cook partially, some parts tasted uncooked. Will not go back to this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be a great place for lunch. But the experience is terrible. There is only 2 self service kiosk and the queue was super long. We wonder why?? When we reach our turn and after input our orders, then we only realise that they only accept NETS. And not visa or master. This is ridiculous. After ordering, again it took about 10 minutes before our food was served. The chicken is nice but not that nice that warrant us to go back again and join the ordering queue and using the kiosk that only accept NETS.

There’s a big queue number indicator for you to claim your food, but they choose to only shout.
Big mess at the trash corner cause there’s no one clearing the bins?
Safeentry uncle was helpful though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken Joy Is The Best! Eating at Jollibee as a filipino comes with a feeling of home. I grew up with eating this crispy and juicy fried chicken and am glad that the same quality was carried over here in Singapore. The secret sauce aka gravy makes the already tasty fried chicken more delicious. This branch at suntec is not too crowded and im glad they they have a self service kiosk. Just wished they accept contactless credit card payment. Fried chicken portion is just right for the price. The restaurant is clean and is spacious enough. The Uncle who let me in was very courteous in helping me find the washing station and exit (I rarely find helpful uncles in fastfood chains these days). So overall, a great experience for me and of course chicken joy never fails to fill my tummy! The jolly spaghetti is equally good! Sweet cheesy and served hot.. just how I like it!
