Very very bad experience with the shop owner. The rented bike was broken down due to the poor quality of the gear. The owner insisted to charge me $25. The bike was broken down in the middle of the biking route and was 1.9 km away from the shop. I walked with the bike for half hour to the shop. The shop owner said it was my duty to take care of the bike. He even suspected that I fell down and broke his bike! My mood was very down. I rather walk around than rent a bike from this shop. I will never go back to this shop ever again! My whole family was upset!

I have always rode a smaller bike but they gave me a city bike. I am comfortable with my feet touching the ground but this bike was too big for me and only the balls of my feet could touch the ground. A city bike was not good for a ride through Coney Island. Don’t think I will go back again. The guy was rude and impatient. Suggesting I ride the jeep if I don’t feel comfortable.

My family and I were at Punggol Settlement for a casual ride and found that one of our (own) bike tyres needed top up. Of course, we were willing to pay if needed. Approached the store owner and kindly enquired. He brushed us off and said that his store does not have a bike pump. What kind of bicycle store does not have a pump? Brief encounter but sufficient to tell that the owner was rude and unhelpful. Safe to say that we won't be renting from this store ever.

Bicycles are not well maintained at all. Nearly hit on someone else when the chain came off. Ride at your OWN RISK. In addition, when I gave my advice to the owner, he was extremely rude.

very arrogant and rude staff there especially the uncle owning the shop… the service was really terrible, and it makes me really sick! my friend’s bicycle chain came off, not just once but twice and the uncle has the audacity to blame it on us, telling us that we did not maintain the bicycle well????? well, to begin with, their bicycles are not even in a good state… the brakes were not working… the bell couldn’t even ring…the bicycle seat was shaky… and let’s not talk about the bicycle itself…it’s absolutely trash! even after giving our constructive feedback, he simply dismiss us, and started arguing with us for at least 5 minutes??? if i could, i would have given them 0 star… like seriously, the whole experience was ruined, THANKS TO THEM.

If can, I would have given 0 star to them. The whole cycling experience with my kids was ruined by them. The uncle with white hair is very arrogant and rude. Their service is really terrible! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. My youngest child’s bicycle back wheel came off and the rest of us are all cycling individual bicycle. We had to push the bicycle all the way to the nearest bicycle shop as my kids are learning to cycle, still not able to cycle with 2 wheels yet. My eldest son reached first so he went to ask if they can borrow us a spanner to let us tighten the back wheel and WE WILL PAY FOR IT. My son was rejected as the uncle told him that they DO NOT DO SERVICING AND DO NOT LEND OUT THEIR EQUIPMENT. So I thought my son did not tell then we will be PAYING THEM FOR BORROWING THEIR SPANNER. So my hubby went over and ask again. The answer given was the same. Thank god that FEW METRES AWAY THERE IS ANOTHER BICYCLE SHOP. And THAT UNCLE WAS VERY HELPFUL. He not only loan us spanner, he even helped us to fix the back wheel without any charges. If you ever need any equipment during your ride, I think you all can forget about asking JOMANDO ADVENTURE & RECREATIONS. PLS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Before I wrote this review, I have read something similar to what I experienced. So I am not the only one having bad experience with them. *Managed to get a clear photo of that man from their FB*

Was a little hesitant patronising this shop after reading the reviews on here but was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and nice the shop staff were. We rented a bicycle and a tricycle with a carriage for our dog. The owners gave us some helpful tips on how to ride with our dog. Rental for the tricycle was cheaper than GoCycling too.

We rented a bike with a child seat on the back. When we tried to fasten the SAFETY BELT for our toddler, we found that the buckle easily came lose/undone (in photo). Out of concern for our child’s safety, we asked if we could switch our bike. To our shock & horror, the bike shop owner said the safety belt was safe enough as not a single customer in his 9 years of business has ever had an accident/fall. We insisted to switch bikes and he replied that our 2 year old toddler can sit in the child’s seat without a seat belt. We sincerely hope the shop can make customer’s safety as their top priority. ??
