I have used them recently. Despite their facade of professionalism, the movers are careless and their primary objective is to finish the job as soon as possible so they can move on to another client. They also took advantage of my tired and confused state to charge me for more items than they estimated. I paid 40% more than what I expected to pay when I first got the quote. Not worth it.

Easy to deal with. Hazel from Joy Movers was prompt in replying and answering my questions. On the day of the move, 3 experience movers came and did their job efficiently. They know what to do and are careful with all items. Recommended.

It was with great experience with Joy movers. They were punctual on the day of move. It was also easy communicating with Hazel. She was very prompt and even reply on Sunday. Troy, derrick, xiaofei and tong were very experienced and wrapped my stuff carefully to prevent from damaging. Thy are very friendly and made the move a fun day for me. Will definitely introduce to my family and friends. Good job Joy movers.

Worst experience with the mover. Don't believe the reviews I think those are fake.noticed their are others who also experienced the same situation where we felt like we got cheated. No communication between the admin and the movers at all. Movers are like gangsters. They will intimidate you instead of really helping to resolve the problem. They don't fit the items properly in the truck to maximise the space and will force you to use multiple loads though the initial communication was to move the big items. At the end the admin (Hazel) didn't even return my call and explained what happened. She just left you hanging after all . Better engage more honest mover than this.

We highly recommend Joy Movers. Thank you Troy and Cheong for the wonderful work! We made a last minute request for moving help, and Joy Movers jumped in to assist us with grace and a super good attitude to help make the move possible by nightfall. It was a tricky move, as we had lots of canvas artwork that needed special care (and to be carried up and down staircases), and Troy and Cheong handled it professionally and with a lot of patience. Could not have done it without you!!! Will definitely use Joy Movers again for any moving of house or big items. Two thumbs up and five stars. Highly recommend.

We engaged Joy Movers & Logistics for moving and storage services (for 3 months plus) as our new place are not ready yet. And later when we need to rush for the moving to our new place, they are very helpful and accommodating to our requested date. Both trips to move out and move in are serviced by their lead, Troy who are superbly helpful. He and his team are efficient to move our things and protect our fragile and odd stuff extremely well. Also, my new place are still under renovation and not all area can be used. He patiently trying to understand the situation and help us to plan where to placed our boxes pull from warehouse. And they even help me to configure our old L-shape sofa to the other side due to different layout in new home. Save me a cost to engage handyman to do it. Excellent customer service and extremely happy with Troy and his team help.

We used Joy Movers for our recent house moving experience. The experience was not positive. The company arbitrarily charges for additional fees without informing their customers at the point when they arise. When pressed why or how these additional fees occurred, Joy Movers were unable to either clearly communicate their decision making process for charges or justify the reason for the additional charges. Movers were hasty and rough. They appeared more interested to get the job done quickly rather than to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would not recommend to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience engaging Joy Movers in my moving house job. Hazel is very responsive to all my queries,handled with professionalism and customer friendly. Troy and his team whom handled the actual moving were efficient and pro in moving my boxes, some bulky furnitures including piano. Will recommend Joy Movers to my friends. A good work done.
