Very lousy customer service, When I sign package tell everything can. After sign up package, can’t book appointments. Call in also very bad customer service.

Had done a few sessions at this branch. Impressed with therapist Ella who is professional, knowledgable, skillful and at times funny. Service was personalised and sessions tailored to my needs. Recommendations suggested were towards achieving optimum result. Looking forward to more sessions with Ella.

I keep feeling backpain in several years, and I’ve tried so many tcm tuina or Thai massage, all is useless (maybe works around 1-2 days after the treatment), but I can say Aurora and Gina both are v good therapist. Gina is v experienced and she knows the areas where is the root of pain to do the cupping. I can bend over without any pain after the treatment here, although the price is a little high but eventually it’s worthy!

Thankful to have Gina as the therapist. She knows the areas to do the cupping. I felt so relaxed towards the end and almost fell asleep. Drastic improvements in the service. I was afraid of the hard selling at the other branches hence didn't come for a very very long time. Their good service makes me want to patronise again. Though a little side note, was a tad shocked that the staff was eating on the massage bed meant for me when there's a protective sheet which indicates that a client is coming (if she was eating at my head area, I would probably request for a change of or sheet)

My therapist Yoyo knows what is my concern and after treatment i feel much better. Thank you. Will recommend my friends here too. Thank you. :)

I dont get it why their rating is 4.9 in google review, as in our 2 times of personal experience, they deserve to get ZERO star We used to visit serangoon branch but when our favourite therapist got transferred to pasir ris, we tot to give sengkang branch a try since it is nearer to our place. On first booking, we got random therapist. With entire one hour of massage, either she didnot know what she was doing, or she didnot bother to a proper job, my Husband said he felt like that hour was COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME there, instead of feeling relaxed or better, he felt nothing happened! today 2nd time, i booked for Husband 3Pm, but when he rushed down for the appointment, he was told the appointment was cancelled. How ridiculous! how an appointment is confirmed then cancelled but the customer is not even aware?? plus when I request to the receptionist for a diff therapist, she kept on lecturing me why she cant acess my record. please, when people sign up a package there, give them what they deserve! dont act like irresponsible after you have collected the money already?

Redeemed a voucher for a facial session and was served by Faith - she’s knowledgeable and was very careful with my skin. Meticulous and didn’t rush the treatments. Had a pleasant and relaxing experience :)

All the staff are very friendly and they know what is my concern. I feel very relaxed and comfortable whenever i come for treatment. Thank you l I will recommend my friends here too. My therapist Auruora and the Manager Catherine are friendly & pleasant. :)
