i’ve been a regular customer at Joyre West mall for the past year , wonderful facial experiences with xiao xiao all these while . Not only is she attentive to my skincare needs, she is ALWAYS so kind and welcoming. I trust all of her recommendations and skincare suggestions. Nicole will continue to be my skincare go to! Fang min is my body massage therapist , he is very professional and experienced. He always apply good amount of pressure to help release my tight upper back due to frequent use of computer , each time after the treatment , i felt instant relieve ! thanks for the excellent service

My partner went there for the $40 trial, got upsell to go for a $160+ session. After saying no to package, the lady trial close for a cheaper 4 session package then upsell again to a 10 session $1500 package. Partner succumbed to this sales technique eventually. Massage and service may be good but their sales technique is very strong. Sharing here only so that ppl who may easily get persuaded know what to expect.

Joyre TCMedic at West Mall in Bukit Batok (level 3) provides a wide range of massages. It’s specifically curated massages are purely based on traditional TCM, targeting different needs. I was struck by muscles and nerve degeneration. After consultation and sharing my experience with them, they recommended that I be treated by their team on TCM-trained masseuses. They convinced me that my muscles and nerve degeneration can be treated. Of course it takes time to heal. Instead of going under the knife at the hospital, I gave myself a chance to be treated the non-invasive way. I signed up for a treatment package that focuses on pain management in May. I was assigned to Haie, a highly trained and experienced masseuse. She is very knowledgeable, and sharing with me on the targeted area she is treating me. She uses genuine Chineses medicine as part of the massage. Haie is really a professional and very friendly person. She takes care of customers. Is massage painful? My answer is definitely yes! But, after the 60 mins massage, I can feel a total relief on the targeted areas. More importantly, I am beginning to feel the energy or Qi is slowly returning to my affected area after 3 to 4 sessions. Note: Prices for massage packages offered by Joyre are not cheap. You need to really negotiate and get the best bargain before you signed up.

I had a facial done by Eunice she were very professional and made me feel very comfortable for the whole session. Eunice asked me different kinds of questions to accurately categorise my skin type and which products will help me improve my face complexion and issue. Eunice took care of all my needs, her hands are healing! Felt relaxed the entire time. The gua sha were my favourite addition. Awesome, keep it up girl, going to recommend them to all my friend an family!

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience. I had my facial treatment with Beautician Xiao Xiao, she explained in detail the condition of my skin and make recommendations as needed. She is amazing and patience in her explanations. In addition, Manager Xiao Fen is very friendly and she gave tips on how to keep my skin in good condition. They are all so professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very pleased with the result and experience.

I'm so happy to visit Joyre West Mall today.it was indeed very relaxing and comfortable talking to the staff in the shop. ESPECIALLY Xiao Fen,who did a good job explaining to me the packaging in Joyre.Also the therapist Winnie also did a good job.She know the job very well and professional. Highly recommended!

The people here are so friendly and obviously have expertise in their skills and experiences. Linda has been my masseuse and I have nothing but raving feedback for her. She is a great conversationalist and professional in her treatments for me. Definitely recommend!

Really impressed by the professionalism of the team I was working long hours in front of computer, that lead to neck aching. It felt so terrible at times, I felt nausea and almost threw up. Not only that, I had headache at the back of my head as well. I knew my issue was due to prolonged computer usage, but I had no other choices. I seek consultation, but all doctors prescribed was pain killers. Pretty useless to me. My friend recommended TCM and I decided to try. I couldn't bare the pain anymore. Checked the reviews and saw West Mall Joyre had one of the best reviews. Indeed, when I reached, I was greeted warmly by their manager. After explaining my problem, she told me they could help, and I went for a massage. It was AMAZING! The massage focus on my pain area, and seems to know all the points to press. After an hour, I felt so refreshing and much better. The manager sat down with me and explained it was a common problem to most people. She recommended a package and I felt it was reasonable. Took it on the spot. It was my 3rd session, and I was glad to say, my pain was gone! Thank you so much. Going to be a long term customer for sure.
