I requested for extra medical tests for my helper after her 14 days SHN, Geraldine has no complains and helped to coordinate with the clinic for all the tests and even paid for the tests first as it wasn’t part of the package. The helper was great, thanks Geraldine for the recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many single post review. Wonder how many is actually legit. Visited a number of agencies at Katong yesterday. Terrible service at Katong branch. Walk in to ask about maids and services. Said system is down, iPad no battery and can’t check for bio and passed me a stack of bios for myself to go through. Where did customer service go? Keep pushing to consider transfer maids. Gave a second chance and provide my mobile as per request. Till now also no responses. Not that I care ,but I think others should know and evaluate for themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family are new on hiring a helper. By chance we came across JPB employment agency so we decided to walk in and check out the cost and process of having a helper.
Geraldine is the first person that welcome us and introduced us for all the requirement and things to note of for hiring a helper. She also helped us with many interviews with many helpers oversea to help us better understand the helper. We managed to hire an experienced and diligent helper for our parents.

She also recommended me which maid that suits to my mum's needs and kept me updated on the ongoing process. Thank you Ms Geraldine for expedite the process to get me the maid. I could say that the agency fees was worth it as the agency will do all the paper work on and coordination behalf.
