I was there to inquire about solo trip to Kyushu. Unfortunately, the counter young lady who served me could only give one sentence or even one word answers to my questions with a rather cold stony expression. It makes me wonder if she was in a bad mood that day? This is totally unacceptable and not what I would expect from a Japanese tour service provider. This is my first trip there and it will be the last.

I went twice and twice i wasted my time. I took the q number at 12.16pm and only at 1pm, my number was called. the kiasu lady who took the q number after me, proceed to ask one of the counter staff about her inquiries and was immediately ask to sit down. and i am still waiting. when my number was finally called, i told the gentlemen who is serving me that i waited close to an hour. he wasn't apologetic at all. Also must i buy two things from you? what policy is that? i went to get the studio ghibli tix and was told the first time of your policy, when i pop over the 2nd time, i wanted to get the suica card but it was sold out. so i waited during my lunch hour to be serve 50 mins later, and meet with an unapologetic service rep and i still cant buy my tickets. because of your policy. Thanks for wasting my time

Waited 45 mins just to buy a JR pass and I was only one queue number away. Yes cos the queue keep going to 20 minutes tour enquiries. Can't you have a seperate counter to sell JR pass, we're done in less than 5 minutes. I am aware you can buy online. Unfortunately the trip was last minute and I had less than 5 processing days.

Went there after work on a Sunday and didn't realise that they were closing around 6 plus in the evening. Was trying to get pamphlets and collaterals when a male staff was frustratingly banging stacks of pamphlets around, packing up at the same. I am not sure if he had a trying day serving too many people or whether he was frustrated that I visited the shop so late and nearing closing time. However, this was not what I expected from a Japanese establishment. I didn't dare ask anything. Just collected some pamphlets and left. Better luck next time for me, I guess.

Had a very good experience here. Came here looking to get a JR pass for my trip, but the staff provided very helpful advice based on my itinerary that resulted in other forms of cost savings. They also provided me with very useful advice for future trips to other parts of Japan, even though at the point in time I had not purchased anything from them. Would definitely come again.

Freshly baked Nakanishi banana cake was dense, moist, and not too sweet. A great cake to get for a party or a picnic as it's quite a big loaf.

Horrendous customer service. Did not deliver what they promised. Messed up my booking with Royal Caribbean. Despite the error, which had been evidently proved, JTB has refused to hold themselves accountable for the mistake. They even tried to shift the blame to the consumer by saying β€œWe do ask our customers to double check their bookings when we send the documents to them”. Terrible customer service. Atrocious service recovery. Avoid at all costs.
