★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Boon Lay outlet earlier today. Bought 1 brown sugar fresh milk (L) and it's good! Pearls are warm & delicious. Young female staff is extremely polite & friendly. Any branches in the east? Would love to visit since I live in the east.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First trial of this boba drinks stall, I had the Earl Grey milk tea, with 50%sugar level and less ice, there was almost no Earl Grey taste, just like any plain tea. As the ice melted, there was barely any tea flavor, very diluted tea water, I throw away my drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had any disappointments with Teavana before, but today was an exception. Got my order wrong. Ordered Oreo choc but received Oreo peppermint instead. On sticker clearly stated as Oreo Choc. Only realised order was wrong when I reached home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a few times(milk tea) and it was good. Tea taste was robust n strong.
Tried their earl grey and it tasted diluted Like water. Informed the staff but all they did was to add more tea, which tasted more horrible.
The old male staff Insisted that there was nothing wrong and they followed all measurements.
Never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their Signature Bubble Tea M with 50% sugar. The bubble tea had zero milk taste and the tea was so bitter. I ordered 50% sugar but I can't taste even a hint of sweetness. Not only was it bitter, the drink also had an awful aftertaste. Honestly one of the worst, if not the worst bubble tea I have tried in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small shop at a pretty hidden corner at lvl 1 with some tables and seats, & a wide selection of drinks in menu from coffee to old school oreo blended drinks to avocado shakes and creme brulee milk tea. Tried Uji Matcha Milk Tea - it was really good and cheaper than other brands. Green tea macchiato (Pic) had a mild tasting foam. Will go back to try more drinks, esp since shop servers are welcoming.
