Lousy clinic who say things to cause conflict between mum and I. Not professional at all! Nearly wanted to call and complain but is closed on Friday night. If you do not know the facts, do not anyhow comment! You have no rights to do that! In between my mum already went to see another doctor.

I am shocked and utterly disappointed with this clinic. My grandma went there for her annual health check few days ago. She feedback to me that the staff were not patient with her because of her partial hearing loss during the health check. I accompanied my grandma collect her health report today and what my grandma said was true! When we stepped into the clinic and my grandma wanted to talk to the receptionist, the receptionist put a hand to my grandma's face, shushed her and directed me to speak instead! The staff and doctor there also gave exasperated looks and sighs when my grandma could not hear or respond fast enough. Although my grandma is a little slow, she is fully capable to respond if you slightly louder. I think how they treat their patients is a serious issue because it is fundamental to treat everyone (ESPECIALLY a clinic staff to a patient) with dignity and respect regardless of age, gender or background. The staff at this clinic lack professionalism and basic respect. I would not recommend this clinic and I hope they will do something to improve their quality of service. I will update my feedback if their service improves.
