K9 Connection

Matthew trained both my Swiss Shepherds. He was skilled in handling them and got them to the required standards in 6-7 sessions. Would recommend any one with schedule 2 breeds to look for K9 Connection

K9 connection has helped me and my dogs improve a lot in their day to day behaviours around the house. Also a lot of our concerns has been corrected and done very well in training with both our dogs. A really good training centre for animals

I have an Australian Shepherd that's never been alone for his entire life - he's 7 years old this year and after moving out of my mums house I've tried to bring him to my new apartment but he really suffered from separation anxiety. Tate is super friendly but has trouble greeting people and other dogs politely. (Large dog, deep loud bark .. it scared people you know?) I initially met Matt and Max for my initial consult - they were super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm quite skeptical about most trainers but man did they know their stuff! Tate is also taken care of by Kelvin and Pathma and he really loves all 4 of them to bits. I was also looking for a day care for him and it was so great that could also pick him up and send him home. Tate is doing MUCH better now. I can leave him at home for hours alone and he is finally able to relax. His behavior when meeting people has also improved dramatically since his training. We are going to start on the issues with meeting other dogs soon, but I have no doubt that Tate is just going to continuously get better. What I love most about K9 Connection is that they take the time to reinforce positive behavior during the daycare sessions as well. I've sent Tate to other daycares before and even though they loved and took care of him, it was really just daycare. Tate is a happier, more well behaved dog ever since he has enrolled with K9 Connection and I would recommend them to anyone.

The team of K9 connection is very caring and professional. In Singapore it’s hard to find a place that is so dedicated to ensuring our fur babies are well taken care of. Every one of the staff in K9 connection is kind and gives off a family-vibe. My dog loves coming to this place. I have been to many places with my dog over the years, he loves coming to K9 connection the most. This is also the place where I have the most peace of mind, knowing that my fur baby is well taken care off having fun and going excursions while I am at work. I would highly recommend this place to all pawrents out there if you want to give your fur baby one of the best experience where they can make lifelong friends.

We boarded our diabetic maltipoo with K9 for 6 weeks and topped up for training to overcome aggression. As our dog is diabetic, he requires a certain diet and insulin jabs to be administered twice daily. Matthew and his team were able to follow through with our instructions and provided regular updates on the training of our dog. During and after boarding, we noticed a clear improvement in our dog’s behaviour. We are grateful to K9 for caring for our dog despite its medical and behavioural needs, and trust that if we require boarding services in future we can rely on them.

Me and my family planned a long trip to India and due to COVID we were unable to take our dog with us. So I was searching for a best board and train program and that’s when I found K9 connection with the best trainers ever. My dog Bruno was taken good care and trained him well. Great experience with Matthew when I got my pup from him. He's friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick my puppy. He responded really quickly too and constantly kept me updated throughout the whole process. Matthew also helped transport my pup right to my doorstep, making this whole thing very hassle free. The first few days I had some concerns regarding my pup and Matthew responded immediately, easing my worries with several solutions. Great service and have already recommended him to friends.
