β β β β β Dr Tan is a very thorough GP who cares for her patients. From what I have observed, she sees patients from infancy to elderly. She also has many good reviews on forums.

β β β β β Dr Tan is an extreme pleasant doctor. Joked when we spoke. Easy to talk to. Was also caring and genuine. Receptionists are also very pleasant and courteous!

β β β β β There's a lot of GP clinics along this stretch of shops but just wanted to say - that the team at 18 Clinic is always so friendly and patient!
Have seen both Dr Tan & Dr Lee (both are female GP - incase you require one) and both are detailed without trying to overmedicate you or do unnecessary tests.
Most recent visit was to seek 2nd opinion for a foot injury (which 1st GP somewhere else only eye-balled & said was a ligament inflammation).
Swell didn't go away after 3 weeks, Dr Lee took time to examine my foot to figure where's the injured area & recommended an X-ray (few doors away, so it's really helpful if you need an X-ray!!).
Not that I wish for anyone to be seeing a GP anytime soon but if you need 1 & live around this area / need an X-ray done - you know where to go =)

β β β β β I said 2 sentences to the receptionist: "I need to see the doctor" and "I need an MC for yesterday". Receptionist said "we don't do back dates" then refused to look at me or say any more. My mistake for not being aware of backdating, but there was no more room at all to continue the conversation. I didn't get to mention my symptoms, past or present. Just refused service from 2 sentences. My 5 hr wait at the poly had better service

β β β β β The atmosphere at 18 clinic is just so different. (I have been to 2 other clinics down the stretch). The receptionists are caring and attentive. Dr Tan is also listening and showing empathy. She didn't anyhow give meds and I really appreciate that. Pls keep up the good work.

β β β β β Dr Tan is very nice and friendly, am genuinely impressed with her level of patience to clarify all major and minor concerns before any diagnosis.
Kudos to the team as well! Always carrying a smile and makes a clinic visit for anyone less stressful :)

β β β β β I have been visiting this clinic for the past 2 years. The last time I came I had a deep cut on my hand when I cut an Avocado and needed stitched. The doctor Dr Tan was very caring and kind when she washed my wounds and even offered me bandages. I have been back to the clinic a few times and Dr Tan is always very caring and kind

β β β β β Reassuring + gentle and patient team + the best clinic ive been to in my 20plus years of time + probably the one and only one iβll visit from now on!
So far, iβve visited twice and both of my experiences here were really great as a patient. During the consultation, the doctor that attended to me had explained the possible causes, symptoms, and even what happens afterwards, and what i should do if the symptoms still persists after medications. Its really reassuring that the doctor goes through such lengths to inform us and educate us about our health issues, which is what almost everyone expects from a doctor, but ironically, not every doctor does so. It is only until i moved to this neighborhood that i finally found a clinic that im happy with. This clinic.
