I-Health Medical Clinic - 30 Bendemeer Rd

Visited this place twice and met 2 doctors, who are both friendly, patient and caring. However, unlike others' experience, I find one receptionist (the Indian-looking one) can be rude and impatient with sarcasm when you don't know the procedure well. I still give 5 stars and recommend this clinic as the professionalism of the good doctors outweighs the opposite of this receptionist.

This is the first time for me to write review because I had a really really good experience at I-Health clinic. I've been here for few times alr but this's the first time I've seen Dr Shaun, he is super friendly, helpful and patient to tell me what happened with me on my skin and nicy explain, recommend me for skincare. Thank you so much Dr Shaun. Hope next time I come, I also can be consulted by you. Also, staff are really friendly and the price is super reasonable. Highly recommend. !!

I'm the kind of person who's afraid of doctor when I was child. But doctor shaun is the friendliest human,care about his patients. I wish in my area (Bedok) the doctor is as same as Dr shaun. Good doctor brings smile to patients.

So far the best clinic I’ve been to and probably the one and only one I’ll visit going forward. I’ve visited twice and both of my experiences here were really great as a patient. Kudos to the team especially the friendly and polite receptionists, Doctor Lim Teck Khai and Doctor Norman Koh! Please keep it up!

Receptionists is polite & efficient. Dr Shaun is such a great doctor, takes pride in what he does & it shows. Prices affordable. Overall one of the best GP i've gone to.

Went over to this clinic at boon keng. Relief doctor Tan is really service not good. Rushing and chase patient out. And as if was fake sick. Who will want to go see doctor if body is well. No one like to be sick. Please reflect your personal character and be more patience with the patients. If next time got such relief doctor don’t ever waste time and effort by coming over and also waste $$ on it. The medicine was painkillers for headache whereby is not on the point where it hurt. And I want to say how if not recover since is already a month. Then come again, and that time decide what to do. If you as a doctor can’t give the right medicine what’s the point of coming over again to hear you sing song , rushing and chase me out of the room. Is so rude the way he talk. This is the 1st time get such no manners and impatience doctor. Ask me can change job, and are you the one going to feed my whole family. If got 0 star I’ll give for this relief doctor service

Found this clinic to be one of the best ones I have been to (happens to be a panel clinic for my insurance). The clinic assistants are young and friendly, which is a breath of fresh air. The doctors on duty are also very friendly and doesn’t make you feel like they are rushing through your consult so that they can see the next patient. I’m glad I found this clinic.

I have been to many GPs and am resigned to the fate that they are either disinterested, rushing or at best, ok only. But not with Dr Shaun Lum, he is great and I dare to say the best GP you could find. Friendly, patient and super informative with his diagnosis and treatment choice. He always makes us feel comfortable and reassured. The young, female Chinese receptionist on 14 Feb morning is also super friendly. Although iHealth is not the nearest to my house, but I'll always go here.
