I went to the clinic to see Dr.Jintan Sen tdy 27/10/21 for my Sinopharm jab. He is a very patient doctor with gd advices. The senior staff nurse Mythili is benevolent to assist in my enquires I strongly recommend this clinic to all.

I have been consulting Dr Jiten Sen for a few years now, in fact he was the first GP whom I visited after coming to Singapore. He has always been professional and at the same time compassionate & friendly. Thank you sir for your apt medical advise always!

TL;DR: Has MANY bad reviews, but doctor has been changed and it has become one of the best clinics I've been to. Thank you Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sen Read many bad reviews of this clinic, but had to go down either ways as it was the nearest PHPC clinic to me. Wasnt too crowded around 8pm (they close at 9pm on a Tuesday), receptionist was extremely friendly and took my details down as a first time patient to this clinic. They accept MHC which I'm under, and registration was pleasant overall. Waited my turn to see Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sen, who was on shift during my visit. Was greeted very warmly, and was sat down to consult on my symptoms. Dr. Jitendra had a great personality throughout the consult, while being extremely exhausted from a long day, and I had a great time chatting with him between discussion on my symptoms. Very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to provide more information on your diagnosis in a simple yet detailed manner. Turns out I needed to perform a swab test (which they do), and Dr. Jitendra did a perfect job in managing expectations, and providing accurate information on how it will feel like. Honestly I bet it wasnt that bad purely by how well he did it! Thanks again Dr. Jitendra

Doctor Jiten Sen has been very responsible, professional & helpful The doctor is able to identify & respond to minor signs & symptoms of patient. He is always sharp & alert in treating patient's illness with good medications. His fee is reasonable

I can't comment on the doctors professionalism. I was very upset for the clinic did not inform appointment cannot be attended when we were already on the way 30 minutes before the appointment.

There was a indian nurse in second floor was rude and not patience at all. Asking questions with rude and loud voice, if you don't answer her she will scold you again until you answer her. Or else she will ask you to come back on the other day. Worst clinic i have been in my whole life. Never ever go to this clinic.

Can confirm what other reviewers have been saying : Clinic opening time is 0830 but that’s for registration only, as doctor only comes in an hour later at 0930. Reported a simple headache & doctor decides to prescribe 4 different medications - Declined 2 of them as felt it was overkill. Doctor was also asking irrelevant questions such as what are you working as & what was your ns pes status.
