Best Condominium complex in Singapore

J	Joe Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, but lacks the slick organization of a professionally curated mall. The tenants are mainly food outlets which is shrewd given the mall’s proximity to both Ngee Ann Polytechnic and the Methodist Girls’ School. The layout gives the impression of haphazardness and I’m not sure if this just due to floor design or tenant selection, but the flow is poor. Some shops have separate entrances for the outlet and for the outlet’s seating. Good mall, just a little strange.

It would be packed to the brim after school, as students would hang out here and expats staying around the area will shop at Cold Storage. Now that's all history. It's now a mixed development, with shops at the ground floors and residential units up above. The shops are good enough for what it's worth, given the amount of crowd that they now have (or lack). The restaurants need to rely on Grabfood and Foodpanda to survive, and the shops need to pivot to accommodate for niche crowds or do e-commerce stuff.

Tried eating at the Thai restaurant. Authentic Thai food. Set lunches are available. Must try eaglewings loft cafe too. Good tasting food and value for money. My favourite is the burger!

L	LIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for this development. Will have little en bloc potential due to the commercial and retail units here. Also no anchor tenant. And ticket prices for cinemas are so expensive! Will think twice or thrice before buying anything here

H	Hooman Being on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice new development KAP Mall is. That's not saying the old one wasn't good. Had nice memories of spending my after school hours here at the MacDonalds. Always filled with students to the brim. What is cooler, there used to be a train set that is suspended from the ceiling that travels all around the MacDonalds as you look up. Cool eh? The new mall now has several more places to offer like an optical shop, cinema and the likes. It is a good addition rather than having just one big MacDonald.
