The movers that came, they are professional, and have been moving for 10 over years. They know exactly what to do and do it quickly. They are also friendly, hilarious and helpful. Every item was wrapped very nicely for safe transportation. Everything was unwrapped and placed according to where you want them to be, great service! Our bed took sometime to disable as it was a very complicated set up but the movers did not complain at all and tried to dismantle it for over an hour and successfully did it! We felt bad to hold up so much of their time and we are very grateful that they were able to help us to move it. Highly recommend them if you have to move, look nowhere else already

Quote given was transparent Adrian was great to help arrange delivery of the complimentary moving items. Movers came down slight late due to a reason which Adrian had inform earlier. All packing and moving was very efficient and fast. Loose items like TV, standing fan was all packed and protected properly. All done within 3hours. Definitely reccomended!!.

Move were not perfect with a few damages including a QLED TV as well as couple of other items which Adrian decided to push back on any responsibilities or whatsoever. 3 ⭐️ for the hard work they put in for both of my moves , but also to reflect on some glaring areas which needs to be improved.

Both moving were handled very well. I have never encountered such speedy Movers. In and out with wrapping of furnitures and 50 cartons took them 30min to complete! Excellent job! And very organised team of movers. And they handled my furnitures and all stuff with great care which is the most important concern for us. Highly recommended Kaplan!!

They are polite, on time, professional, responsible and reasonably priced. It was a breeze from coordination to operation via sms with Adrian. What I am most impressed is that they use cardboard (besides bubble wrapped) to protect our wood furniture and paintings. I would highly recommend them but you need to take note that they are in high demand and advance booking is needed.
