Best Medical clinic in Singapore

B	Benjamin Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the worse clinic i've been. The doctor did not even bother to wait for me to stop describing my symptoms before starting to listen to my breathing. She did not even check my throat nor asked me about other related symptoms that I may have. There was barely anyone in the clinic. Doctor's name is Doctor Ho. The consultation barely lasted a minute as she seem to be rushing me out. Zero patient care. The place also doesn't accept card or any other mode of payment. Unless you are desperate, my advice is to avoid this place.
J	Joan Queen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors seem like no empathy and rude. All male doctors so far. And cut my conversation when I am trying to explain. I only come here if I do not really need their advice and medicine for my condition but need to have a MC to rest as their waiting time is short and is near to my home. Or I am getting a referral i.e. when i know what I want. Otherwise I won't visit. Not sure about the cost here as I am covered by corporate insurance of my current company. Is it cheap to justify the service?
R	Raven Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is great, but oh my word is the system of the administration and pharmacy of the clinic archaic! Apparently, you can only pay by cash there, so you can't use nets or visa, nevermind PayPal, Paynow or Paylah. If you're just there to collect medication, you'll just be lumped in with everyone else who's there for consultation, which is a waste of time. I think it's selfish that they haven't modernised their system as they transferred the effort to their sick customers who will have to go back down to some ATM to get physical cash from their bank account. I had to back out of collecting my medication twice in a row now because of all these problems.
S	Sylvia Loh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended! Took my FDW for consultation as she is having cough, flu and fever. She came out less then 5 minutes. She told me Dr Wong only took her temperature. Didn’t check her chest nor take her blood pressure. Medical fee is $52.00..

He should at least listen to the history that was given by patient parent. When I told him that he is rude to just cut me off he dont even sound sorry. He is more interested to get you out of the room asap by keep asking how many days mc you want, instead of listening and treating the illness. Yes he is a doctor but he still in the service line. And apprently I am not the first to complain about him.

Dr Lim said he’ll try to rush the result today because tomorrow and day after is PH. called just now and the receptionist said I have to wait three days for result as lab is already closed. She then told me she wasn’t informed that the blood test needed to be expedited. Worst still, previously came and was prescribed the wrong meds. Asked the dr how can such thing happen, he wasn’t even apologetic!!

D	Darren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As spoken to the front desk lady, Doctor Wong Weng Yew's attitude can be greatly improved: - Doctor Wong asked irrelevant questions(financial related) when I told him about my physiotherapy sessions outside, regarding my foot injury. - Doctor Wong sounded condescending when I was unclear to what he really wanted me to do, but finally did what he wanted me to(cross my leg for him to examine). Although my Company's insurance has direct billing with Greenlife Clinic & Surgery Sembawang, I will likely be going to other GPs for future consultations/treatments. Over the past 15 years or more since living in Sembawang, we've had bad experiences with Doctor Wong Weng Yew and has avoided him. We question why he continues being so unprofessional, and will continue avoiding him.
