โ โ โ โ โ UOB mighty deals clearly state for sbw yakun that 1 for 1 traditional toast sets are not excluded under the T and Cs. But staff say not accepted here.
Ok.

โ โ โ โ โ First time dining in here and the place was quite crowded; lesser tables made it quite challenging to dine in on a weekend. I ordered the kaya butter toast as that is my personal favourite. The spread is delicious as always; but I wished the toast could have been more crispy and toasty. The teh peng was really delicious though. Will come back to try their soy teh peng!

โ โ โ โ โ Steam bread came 22 minutes after the coffee and eggs. One star for the good coffee and another star for the fantastic steam bread.
However, I didn't get to ultimate experience of bread + coffee + eggs. This take away a star.
The outlet is obviously lack of head count especially the cleaning up department. For a $5 set breakfast, it is not too much to expect McDonald's standard of cleanliness. Minus two stars for messy and dirty tables.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the mee rebus and paid $2 for the cracker and tea set. Wonder why don't they pair with their signature toast instead. Well the mee rebus tasted like how it should be. Trust me, I have eaten horrible ones from other coffee and toast joints. The gravy is thick and the noodle is cooked just right. Mine was a take away so I appreciated that they separated the gravy from the noodle. The teh - o is ok not a strong brew. The staff performs their duty but a smile is always welcome. The wait time for orders can definitely be improved though. Please give a ?if you enjoy this review. Thanks ?

โ โ โ โ โ It used to be my favourite place for breakfast before going for work. Traditional toast with Kaya plus a cup of Teh & two perfectly done soft-boiled eggs. Would recommend for their French Toast as well.
However, I seldom go again since I saw a small cockroach crawling on the serving counter...
