β β β β β Probably one of the best yakitori restaurants in Cuppage. Everything was perfectly grilled. The staffs despite busy, very very attentive and food came out really really fast. Their recommendation were very good too. We chalked up $800+ for 4 pax for 20-21 courses.

β β β β β Serves a wide selection of tasty skewers (mostly chicken). There is a limited selection of regular dishes too -- the cheese and mushroom scallop was superb.
Some negatives: it seems you can only order sake by the bottle -- I wish they sold it by the carafe instead. On the day we went the service was a bit chaotic, we didn't get any skewers for an hour and they lost track of what they had already delivered to us. On the plus side, they were apologetic about this and gave us some free vegetable dishes to tide us over.

β β β β β Goog service good food, love their seasonal selection. Only issue is the furnitures need an upgrade as there is a stench coming from it.

β β β β β This is hands down the best yakitori place in Singapore! Consistent, sublime food and warm WARM service! Itβs a place that remembers regulars and brings you such joy whenever you can manage to secure a reservation. Chef is always innovating with new dishes to surprise us, while making sure we can taste the amount of care he has put in in creating each dish. Donβt miss out on Kazu!

β β β β β I would give 5 stars to this yakitori spot if I didnβt listen to the waiterβs recommendation. I dine here on Jan 21st and this is one of my favourite yakitori spots in Singapore. The waiter, after taking the orders from me, giving me a food recommendation which was totally wrong description. She was saying a nice several small pieces of in season fish cooked nicely, which was turned out a few pieces of fish jaw and fins. It costs me 26 dollars which is the most expensive item from what I ordered from the menu. The restaurant management should pay more attention on this issue and advise their waiters to be more ethical in doing business. I believe this is not the Japanese culture in doing business.

β β β β β Excellent dishes. Particularly enjoyed the grilled beef tongue, beef, foie gras, asparagus pork belly roll, gingko nut pork belly roll, and scallop. The raw sea bream and octopus were fresh and refreshing. The fish was also deep fried till crispy and aromatic. The sake, garlic fried rice, and black sesame ice cream were good too. The barnacles was a novelty but can do without it.

β β β β β Located in cuppage plaza (which I didnβt even know exists) - with limited seating. The food is simply delicious, small portions for sharing. Quite pricey, so if you come with an empty stomach then it would be dangerous.
I simply love their Chawanmushi and also the grilled meats.
The staff are friendly and they have good recommendations if you are not sure to order.

β β β β β Delicious skewers at this cosy restaurant. The smokiness is pleasant and not overpowering, especially in dishes such as the free range chicken thigh, chicken tail, wagyu beef and the beef and cheese. Sweet potato is a widely accepted star. Sake is decently priced here too
