★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you guys know that they have "Children's Policy"? Its where you are able to let your kids have a haircut and if your kids breakdown due to fear or anxiety, you are allowed to take your kids out for a walk to calm him/her down(max 30mins i think). You are then allowed back to carry on with the haircut without joining back the queue (i think must allow the customer to finish their turn then you can continue). AWESOME. The parents will have less pressure in calming down the kids and also not causing a scene at the salon. (Recommended for parents who have kids with "HIGH SPIRIT/ ENERGY") Good for training your kids to face fear and boost their confidence in handling a situation by themself. "Its a small but valuable moments that shape the kids behaviour/ character."
