Inconsistent haircutting skills

Update. Was there today.
Would give a zero if there was one.
Auntie had a horrible attitude.
Me. *Walked in.
Auntie. Go wait outside behind the line.
Me. * noticing a seat there with no one sitting.
Me. Do I need to pay to get a queue number first?
Auntie. *Sounding angry. I said go queue outside. I’m not going to repeat and say it again.
Do not appreciate a lousy attitude even though it’s the CV19 period.
Decided to walk away and not cut there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hairstylist was extremely rude and handled my hair roughly. she wasn’t paying attention when cutting and used a really weird technique to chop off my hair that i’ve not seen before when asking for the same hairstyle… lastly, when removing the cloth, all the hair fell onto my lap and she did not bother. she did not have a name tag on so i was unable to identify her name but she had a medium-length reddish brown hair with curtain bangs (?) and looked around 25-30 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable with decent hair cut quality. One of the lady who looks very steady and tidy, happened to be the best hair cut out from the rest of the ladies. The other 2 ladies also good quality, however i prefer the steady tidy one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're wanting to get a last minute haircut especially before school reopens, make sure to come early. There'll be a long line even before it opens. It's $12 so make sure you have a 10 and 2 ready. The staff do not have any change.
I thought it was $10 and didn't have any small notes with me. One staff was kind enough to do my two kids' hair first while i go break a 10 for the tickets.
A good place for quick basic haircuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely big sister Jean. She's very knowledgeable and precise. She checked on my hair condition and gave me what I want to achieve. I came here because the salon beside that I wanted to get my haircut is fully booked. But I'm happy to get genuinely good service here. My back hair was cut by myself because I didn't had time to go out and get it cut professionally. She chatted with me and made me feel comfortable and gave me a mirror at the end and showed me my haircut. I will totally come back here for Jean!
